Brief History

This department educates students to become professional hospitality managers and staff who are ambitious and have global views for the 21st century.
The instruction emphasizes humanities, professional knowledge and skills of hospitality management, as well as subjects that include hotel operation and management, beverage management, marketing management, human resource management, financial management, facilities management and Information technology management.
Students can freely choose the subjects that meet their interests and capabilities, so that they can apply what they have learned in the university to their future jobs.
