Cai Wen-hsuan, under the guidance and encouragement of our department’s mentor, Professor Song Chilan, and with the companionship of fellow classmates, demonstrated unwavering dedication through numerous practices. Facing challenges with perseverance, she participated in the 2023 Christmas Cake Artistry Competition and received the ‘Best Creative Award in Sugar Flower Artistry Craft.’ It is commendable that, as a newcomer, she fearlessly confronted challenges and achieved remarkable success on her first attempt. Congratulations once again to Wen-hsuan for this well-deserved award!
